What do you acknowledge about this Korean manipulate of martial arts? In Korea, it is practiced as the national sport, but it gives more than enjoyment for those who learn it. Tae Kwon Do is used as a control of self-defense & exercise. Competitors come together in matches, somewhat enjoy boxing, to fight, or spar, with one dissimilar. Tae Kwon Do competitors are required to do on the proper protective gear, & to abide by the rules of the appraisal who is indicate during the sparring. There are three rounds in a agree. The rounds last for three minutes, & there is a one-minute stay between rounds. If, during a round, a competitor is knocked down & is unable to rise early the appraisal counts to 8, the competitor loses that round, as it counts as a knock-out.

In scream to score a point, a competitor must strike his opponent with enough force to abruptly go either his head or his body from where it was early the strike.
